Overview
Flawless Beauty ships orders from our U.S. fulfillment center to customers in the United States and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong with your delivery.
1. Order Processing Times
Retail Orders:
- Retail Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same business day, provided the items are in stock.
- Retail Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays typically ship the next business day.
- Retail Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays, except by prior arrangement.
- During promotions, new product launches, and peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), processing may take 1–3 additional business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Wholesale Orders:
- Wholesale Orders are placed in a shipping queue upon payment confirmation and typically ship within 1-3 business days, provided the items are in stock.
- If there is an issue with stock quantities &/or expiration dates, you will be notified via email. Your order will be ON HOLD until all details are confirmed.
- Wholesale Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays, except by prior arrangement.
- With prior authorization, Wholesale Orders can be picked up at our warehouse or you can arrange for shipping via your own carrier. Your reseller sales associate will provide all details once your order is ready for pick-up. For any questions, contact wholesale@flawlessbeautyandskin.com with your order number and inquiry.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS Innovations, UPS & FedEx. The carriers and service levels available to you will appear at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected speed.
Available Service Levels
- Standard Shipping: [2-4 business days]
- Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days]
- Express / Overnight: [1 business day not including weekends]
Transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery. Please consider any shipping estimate provided by Flawless Beauty or our carriers as an estimate only.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package weight and dimensions, and the service level you choose.
- Free Standard Shipping: available on U.S. orders over $45.00 before tax. Excludes oversized or heavy items as noted at checkout.
- Heavy / Oversized Items: some devices and bulk orders may incur additional shipping fees shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at customerservice@flawlessbeautyandskin.com.
5. Delivery and Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered and are not automatically eligible for a refund. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address:
- Check with neighbors, building management, and other household members.
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
- File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
- Contact us at +1-917-831-5948 or via email, customerservice@flawlessbeautyandskin.com within 7 days of the “Delivered” status so we can help investigate.
In limited cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. Courtesy replacements are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for carrier insurance.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Flawless Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost, or issue a refund minus original shipping and a restocking fee where applicable.
7. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories
- We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS where available.
- We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Allow additional transit time.
- We ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.). Standard rates and transit times may not apply.
8. International Shipping
- We ship to many countries worldwide. Available destinations, carriers, and rates appear at checkout.
- International transit times vary by country and can range from 7 to 30 business days.
- The purchaser/consignee is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
- Flawless Beauty will provide reasonable supporting documentation, where possible, upon request by local authorities.
- If a shipment cannot be cleared through customs, it is the consignee's responsibility to request return to Flawless Beauty. All clearance fees and return freight charges are the responsibility of the consignee.
- Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import into certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the products they purchase are legal to import into their country. We are not responsible for orders seized or destroyed by customs.
9. Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock or backordered after you place your order, we will notify you by email. You may choose to (a) wait for the item to become available, (b) replace it with a similar in-stock product, or (c) receive a refund for the out-of-stock item.
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
11. Damaged Shipments
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery if possible and contact us at customerservice@flawlessbeautyandskin.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products. 12. Holiday Shipping
During holiday periods, carriers experience higher volumes and shipping estimates may be longer than usual. We publish holiday shipping cutoff dates on the Site each year. Orders placed after the cutoff may not arrive by the holiday.
