November 24th will be my one year anniversary of moving to the US! And I got here just in time for the WORST winter in a hundred years, so much snow. I lived in Nagano Japan when I was younger so I have seen snow before but this was ridiculous. 

Anyway, what I'm really passionate about is sharing the things that I know and the new things that I learn every day about being happy, healthy and a little bit beautiful!
